Shipping:
We ship worldwide except Rusia and North Korea.
All the jewelry pieces are handmade, for this reason, we need 2-4 working days to made, pack and send your order.
Your order will be delivered to the address you wrote, please check that it is correct before confirm your purchase, once we send your order you will receive an order confirmation and a tracking number by email.
We are not responsible for delivery errors via carrier due incorrect shipping information provided by customers.
We ship all orders via CORREOS (Spanish shipping company) the orders are always sent with tracking number, the shipping fees are:
*Spain: 5,00€
*Europe: 7,50€
*Rest of the world: 9,00€
Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes that may be applied by customs in the country where the delivery is made. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will rest with the customer. If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.
Returns:
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To start a return, contact us at info@glimmeringjewellery.com if your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Buyer will be responsible of the return shipping costs.
Unfortunately we don't accept returns of: earrings (for hygiene reasons), personalized pieces and sale items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
